Must arrive at 9AM. Cut off time will be at 10:15AM and you will not be allowed to bring in your vehicle for set up.
Your vehicle needs to be moved out of the market ASAP. Pick your spot, unload your supplies, and move your vehicle out of the market. If we see that you are setting up and your vehicle is still inside the market blocking traffic, you will be asked to move your vehicle.
You must stay until the full duration of the market 11AM - 3PM. Regardless if you sell out, don't sell, or are having problems with your tent. Rain or shine we must stay open for the full duration. Only 1 warning will be given to you for breaking this rule, otherwise you will not be allowed to return to our market or special events again. This is out of respect to the other vendors, our market, and our guests.
If you bring in your vehicle into the market, during 11AM - 3PM, when our customers are walking inside the market, you will be immediately banned. We take safety very serious, breaking this rule is a very serious offense.
Your tent must have proper weights to prevent it from being blown over.
Spaces are first come first serve. You can only set up in the spaces marked on the ground, you cannot set up in an area that is not marked as a space.
YOU CANNOT PARK IN THE FARMERS MARKET PARKING LOT. YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE PARKED IN THE VENDOR PARKING LOT.
Your product MUST be handmade, homemade, or a local product by you. We do not allow people to come and resell other products from brands that do not belong to them. Examples of Vendors We Do Not Allow: Someone who buys shoes, sunglasses, blankets, and jewelry in bulk from Juarez and wants to resell it at our market. Other example: Vendor wants to sell chips, candies, and cookies they bought at Sams. Other example: Vendor selling a cosmetic brand as an independent distributor. This is not the market for any of that. We do allow space for a maximum of up to 3 vendors that would like to rent a space to market their local business such as: Dentistry, Law Firm, Chiropractor, Print Shop, Veterinarian, etc.
No refunds under any circumstances other than if you were accidentally charged more than once, otherwise, credit will be issued to you. If the market is forced to cancel on a specific date due to severe weather, you will be issued credit.
You must clean up after yourself, if you leave trash behind in your space, you will be charged a $15 fee. Bring a trash bag/can if you have to.
If you see something you do not like, are not okay with, or disagree with. Bring any concerns to our immediate attention, do not confront a vendor / customer directly. Please leave those matters for us to handle.
Obviously, we must be respectful to everyone at this market. Bad mouthing, insulting, negative body language, or any type of rude behavior towards anyone will not be tolerated at all. If this is brought to my attention, we will address the matter with you and you will not be allowed to come back to our market. The comfort and tranquility of the environment at our market is very important to all of us and is something we all take great pride in.
Promote. Do yourself and the market a favor and promote consistently online. The effort of all vendors promoting helps out. If you don't promote, the market will not work well for you. Not really a rule but it's simple common sense.
We cannot allow vendors to promote markets or events that conflict with our scheduled dates and times. It hurts our businesses and is also very disrespectful to our market. You can however, invite vendors to participate at markets that occur during other dates and times.
All vendors must have hand sanitizer for customers at their booth. All vendors must wear facemasks until told otherwise by local health authorities.
There are certain vendors that we cannot permit to be at our market as required by the landlord and the tenants of the River Run Plaza: Pizza vendors, Mexican Food Trucks / Carts / Booths, Agua Fresca / Lemonade Vendors, Churro / Crepe / Funnel Cake Vendors, Kettle Corn Vendors, Boba Tea Vendors, BBQ Food Trucks, Sushi Vendors, and Smoothie Vendors.
If you have any issues, concerns, questions, or suggestions please call: (915)355-0479 Sergio Market Coordinator
Tent Fund: We are asking vendors for their support for our tent fund. We plan on purchasing 85 tents by Spring of 2021 so that the market can provide all of its vendors with tents that are already set up for them on arrival. This is a $7,800 project and your donation helps us reach that goal sooner. Donations are optional and encouraged, thank you!
